PROJECT NAME

Tutankhamen froze. A scorpion with crab-like claws was scuttling towards his foot. Its tail was curved over its back, its sting, quivering, ready to strike. Scorpions were poisonous. Once one had crawled into the ear of Tutankhamen’s sleeping maidservant and stung her. Clutching her head in pain, she had screamed until she dropped down dead.

Around 1361 BC Tutankhamen was next in line to become Pharaoh. He was only 9 years old. Discover life in Ancient Egypt with Tutankhamen and his friends … and enemies.
